Mae’s Journey
Sunday 27th JulTo my dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers.
My gorgeous daughter, Georgia & her partner Jason have just received the news, that my beautiful 22-month-old granddaughter Mae, ( has been diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) - a type of blood cancer that will require intensive treatment over the next few years.
In the last 10 days, their world has been turned upside down, as Mae was admitted to St. George’s Hospital, now transferred to the Royal Marsden. She has begun her treatment journey with courage, bravery & support from her family & friends. But nothing could have prepared them for this.
They are showing incredible strength & Positivity, and we would like to be able to raise money for the hospitals & Cancer research. During Mae’s journey, I/We will be joining several charity fundraising events. This one, a 50k walk in September is for The Royal Marsden.
Please share and show some support & prayers for them at this difficult time.
With all our hearts, we thank you for your love, support, and kindness.
We are immensely grateful to those who have been able to make a donation.
Thank you,
Neesie xx
