We're three weeks out and the training is going well!

Hello everyone!
Yes, it's only 3 weeks until Pam and I take on the challenge of the Marsden Trek, a full length cross country walking marathon in the beautiful Surrey countryside.
Having trained for several weeks through the summer heatwaves, both Pam and I are hopeful that the weather on the day will be far cooler than of late. 
And as the temperatures in the South East have finally dropped, our next training session will include tackling the climb up Box Hill, which will be the highest point on the marathon route.
