September is over!! Have to confess, was hoping to get to 100k but came up short...

We just want to say thanks to all who sponsored us, your support has raised a lot of money for a great cause.

50k Achieved

Saturday 20th Sep

Got there!! Actually did the Park Run/Walk (Cathy ran, I walked) today. How some people do it so fast, I do know how but not about time for me.

While 50k has been achieved, I will continue to walk, both as a necessity and for fun! Not sure about the early Saturdays though!

Just another 11k around Lydiard again. Not original but with the threat of rain the closest nice walk.

Walk Number 2

Saturday 6th Sep

Walk two had a bit more of an incentive, the pub.... which could explain any spelling mistakes. All in the name of charity mind!!

This was our usual, shorter pub walk and Joseph, Marg and Dave joined us (doing it for free, suckers!!). I am trying to make up for 5 days of inactivity so will, hopefully, be adding another one tomorrow.

Longer pub walk will be later, but again, in the name of charity.

Finally got some miles.... sorry kms on the board. Did it at the same time as the slow walkers from Park Run and gave up explaining to encouraging stewards we were not taking part in the actual event!!
