Supporting my husband through his recovery.
Thursday 4th SepMy husband, Anand Govender has been a patient at the Royal Marsden Hospital and Oak centre in Sutton, Surrey for almost 2 years now.
He has completed chemotherapy in 2023 and had a Stem Cell Transplant in 2024. His recovery has been slow and he continues with treatment weekly.
The care and support that he receives from the Royal Marsden has been exceptional, from the team of doctors and nurses, pharmacists to volunteers. We are blessed to be in a place that is dedicated to helping save lives. Thank you.
