Personal Best time recorded 21/07/2025. Recorded a time of 49 Minutes and 8 seconds for a 10 km. Broken my previous record that I had for 3 years.

September Half Marathon

In September, Im taking part in the 50 K for The Royal Marsden Hospital (Cancer Charity) and as part of that, I will be taking Part in the Swindon Half Marathon on the 28th September. 

I’m running in memory of one of my Friends and also my uncle who sadly passed last year both from short- and long-term battles with cancer respectively. 

Another important milestone was my mum bravely battled cancer herself during the pandemic in 2020. Im happy to say she is in remission and has had her 5 year clearance, so it is great that certain illnesses can be treated, but anything that is helping the cause for better treatment for more complicated cancer treatment is such an important step. 

There were many charities that crossed my mind but when I saw the video, and everything the hospital do, It just hit me of how important and the progress they are making in order to help people with life threatening illnesses. 


I hope you will all join me on my   Half Marathon Journey as I look to raise as much money as possible for such an amazing cause.
