For more time and hope...

If hope could be measured,
perhaps it would be in time -
one more morning,
one more laugh,
one more moment
we thought we'd have.

For more time.
For more hope.

Some people leave behind stories we know by heart. Others leave behind quieter traces - in the memories of those who loved them, in the families they shaped, and in the spaces they leave behind.

Cancer touches lives in ways that are difficult to put into words. It brings uncertainty, changes families, and asks people to face things they never imagined they would have to face. But it also reminds us why research matters - why every breakthrough, every new treatment and every step towards earlier diagnosis can mean the difference between more time and not enough.

This fundraiser is a small way of remembering someone who was loved and deeply missed, while supporting the hope that one day, more families will get the outcome they deserve.

In her memory, and in honour of everyone affected by cancer, I hope to contribute towards research that brings us closer to a future where more people survive and fewer lives are cut short.
