My Updates

Half way through the month.....

Wednesday 16th Sep
..... almost half way through the distance.

Through a combination of walk/run/cycle I've done 69 km, so almost on target :)

My target

Thursday 10th Sep
Thanks to everyone that's sponsored me so far, my aim is to do at least triple 50km, so 5km each day in September.

After day 9 I am running at an average of 3.3km per day, so may need a bit of a boost tomorrow to get back on track! :)

Thank you to my Sponsors
