Monday 21st Sep

Just completed another walk on my lunch hour. Only 6km left which I'll do by the end of the week.

Going to carry on and see what's the furthest I can get right until the end of September when I will also be adding the distance I've covered in my spinning sessions. I wanted to walk the full 50km though as well as spinning.

Happy to report I am over half way to my target distance. The weather has held off enough to get this done in little chunks on lunch breaks as well as a couple of longer walks. Feeling confident
