Saturday 23rd Aug I am going to be walking at least 50km through september in support of The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity. 1 in 2 of us will get cancer in our lifetime which is a terrifying statistic. What’s more terrifying is how unlikely it is to find someone that’s not been affected by cancer in some way. That’s the reason that charities like the Royal Marsden are so important and we absolutely have to back them if we can. Donations to this charity help to support life changing research into clinical drugs and trials, they offer world leading treatment and care to their patients and anyone who’s been through cancer or supported someone who has, knows how important it is to feel cared for and supported.
