Holiday time

We’re in Copenhagen and we walked ALOT yesterday. Was supposed to do a bike ride so would have piled on the km’s but it seems i have forgotten how (it had an old fashioned break system and was so heavy and tall- I stacked it and fell off…) so walking it will be. Its such a lovely city - it is not a misfortune at all. Think i will do my 50kms this trip!!

Friday 5th Sep
Is so bad for walking opportunitirs- gonna say 0 steps really for Thursday as the weather was dreadful and stu mck inndoors. Today much better and off for a holiday tomorrow, will probably do 2 kms just in thr airport!

Inclement weather

Tuesday 2nd Sep
Its 17 degreea tomorrow - but its gonna be 50mph winds and lashing with tain. Glad i walked part way home today, otherwise if this keeps iip, i sill do all my walking inside! 

Day 1….

Monday 1st Sep
Thought when signing up to this challenge that it was 50,000 steps not 50 km…

Having worked in miles for 30 years i was like how far is that? 

So went for a walk up and down the hills in Bournemouth at lunch time and plan to walk part (at least) the way home today, and have already done 2.7km….  Bearing in mind some days it is just in the flat so…. Have to get my steps in wjej i can!
