Final 2.6km, walking up to the monument with my best friends

2k walk around the Tregoad lakes and wildlife trail

Wednesday 23rd Sep
Today we did the beautiful nature walk around Golitha Falls while on holiday

Day 22

Tuesday 22nd Sep
After nearly 2 weeks of no exercise due to eye and sight issues, today I completed a 10.7k walk, going from Looe to Polperro while on holiday!

2k run, also did a 0.9k walk

Wednesday 9th Sep
Nice evening walk with the sister

Monday 7th Sep
4k done with couch to 5k run and added walking at the end

Walk around the Scarecrow Trail!

30min couch to 5k run, with an added walk at the end to take the total to 5k

After work walk!

4k completed using couch to 5k and added walking

Tuesday 1st Sep
4k completed today; using my couch to 5k to do 3.5k, then did a longer walk to round it up to 4k!
