1st training session

Sunday 5th Jul
this morning at 7 am our training began.  9 miles in under 3 hours.  This is the furthest some of our team have ever walked and we smashed it in a respectable time.  We trekked up and down the Surrey Hills and enjoyed every minute of it.  Feeling very optomistic for the team completing the challenge on 13 September.
