Well I did it!

Thursday 1st Oct
So as you know 50km wasn’t a challenge for me as I already walk loads - so I took on the challenge of triple that and aimed for 160km. 
Just over half way through the month I smashed 160 so thought ‘let’s try and double that and aim for 320km’. 😂
Pleased to confirm I finished on 321km which is over 6 times the original amount!

Yep - I’ve signed up to another monthly challenge again! 🙌🏼

The challenge is to run / walk 50k (31 miles) during September. 
As most of you will probably know 31 miles is very much below what I naturally do each month so I needed to up the challenge to become more of a challenge!!

Therefore during September I’ll be running / walking 160k (100 miles)
