Longest walk today towards the 50k in Sept challenge with my walking buddy, Luna. As you can see, she was rather hot at the 8k point.

I have been blown away by everyone’s generosity in supporting me and The Royal Marsden with this fundraiser - thank you.

My aim is to track much more than 50k in September in support of those loved ones who have had, or currently live with, cancer.

Preparation

Thank you for visiting my page.  

I am looking forward to completing this challenge in September to raise funds for The Royal Marsden at a time when my father is navigating his journey living with cancer.  I am also keen to get more movement into my life firstly through the amazing Wrexham CrossFit community with Dan and my Dad and secondly by starting to (slowly) run coached by Oscar.
