Walk 50K in September
We're taking part in this challenge to support The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity. They ensure The Royal Marsden’s world-leading nurses, doctors and research teams can provide the very best care and develop life-saving treatments, which are used across the UK and around the world.
Cancer has affected our family in many ways, so this September we’re taking on The Royal Marsden 50K challenge together to raise money for a cause that means a lot to us.
Our dad has already beaten kidney cancer and is currently living with lung cancer, and he’ll be taking on the 50K challenge alongside us. He might be a kidney and half a lung down, but knowing him, there’s still a very good chance he’ll beat the rest of us to 50K whilst gardening!
For us, this challenge is a chance to do something positive together while raising money to support cancer research, treatment and care.
We’ll be tackling the 50K together throughout September, and probably getting a little competitive along the way. Any donations or support would mean a lot to all of us. ❤️
