New for this year, we’re introducing activities to make the challenge more inclusive and fairer for everyone.
Whether you’re walking, wheeling, running, riding, or swimming, you’ll be able to take part in a way that suits you -
and compete on a leaderboard with colleagues doing the challenge the same way (because let’s be honest, bikes do have a slight advantage).
Selecting an activity helps you to filter the leaderboard so you can compare like-for-like activity with others in your chosen category.
Your activity choice won’t affect your fundraising at all, and you'll still be able to see everyone's activity.
Once selected, all your activity will be recorded under that activity, even if you mix things up. You can change your activity during the month,
but all tracked activity will sit under whichever activity is selected. So, please choose the one you expect to do the majority of your activity in.
Walking/Rolling
Keep it simple and accessible - every step (or wheel turn) counts. Whether it's a lunchtime stroll or rolling your route, this is all about steady progress at your own pace.
Cycling
Take on the challenge on two wheels! Whether you're hitting the road, trails, or your indoor bike - lycra optional, helmet recommended!
Running
Lace up and hit your stride. From quick jogs to longer runs, this one's for those who like to pick up the pace and chase that finish line feeling.
Swimming
Dive in and keep moving – whether it's a few lengths or a gentle swim, it's all about steady progress at your own pace.
