Saturday 13th Sep Nothing like an early (ish) morning run to blow away the cobwebs!!. Cool, light breeze but lovely and sunny. Well nearly half way through the challenge and nearly half way towards the target. Onwards and upwards!!. Share
A Gentle Walk
Thursday 11th Sep Hadn’t been out and about for a few days so a gentle 5k walk to get me back in the spirit!!. Share
