Hey all, 
Firstly, thank you for taking your time to read this. 
I have been training hard over August including a huge 20k walk in one day while visting Gamescom in Germany last week. My feet were sore!! 

This week has been a slow start, with the weather not being on our side, I have resorted in walking around a indoor soft play with my 4 year old. Good game of tag got those extra steps in. 

This week my plans are to hit the gym hard, get at least 10-20k in As I want to up my own target to 100k this month! Not sure if my legs will manage but I will certainty keep you all posted!
