Jog 31 Miles in January

Some of you may already be aware that January 2026 marks 31 years since we lost my dad to cancer, specifically myeloma.

He bravely battled the disease for seven years and was treated throughout that time at The Royal Marsden Hospital.

Over the years, I have raised funds for both The Royal Marsden Hospital and Cancer Research UK, in gratitude for the incredible care, research, and support they provide.

I would be so grateful if you could donate whatever you can to support this wonderful hospital and cancer centre.

While I may not run a mile a day, I will be aiming to complete 31 miles across January, in my father’s memory.
