Weekend Walking

Monday 15th Sep
Spent the weekend walking around Swindon Outlet (nice and dry in there) and Yate... Shopping trip required so clocked up some KM's whilst having some retail therapy. Eye opening how many steps you do just by walking around shopping. Busy weekend with terrible weather. Looking like the week ahead is going to be much the same.

Nice little walk around this evening, managed to grab some goodies along the way

Muggy old day, hard walk today as it was so close but managed to dodge the storms and grab a gingerbread teddy as a treat… Nice!

Well this walk was soggy, looked great when I left but then the heavens opened. Nice walk through the park again.

Tonight I walked with my partner Chris through our local park, past the church and back round to home. 
Autumn is definitely here and so I have taken some pictures as this is my fave season.

First walk For a life milestone

Tuesday 2nd Sep
First walk of the challenge, walking from home to my local town centre and up to my local Nationwide branch to pay off my mortgage, feeling really positive in reaching that 50K goal.

The weather this week has taken a turn for the worst and we are expecting showers and thunderstorms, so some soggy shoes and socks are expected. Tumble dryer at the ready and an Autumn pinch in the air, hoping to take some pictures of the local park trees turning beautiful yellows, oranges and reds.
