1st walk of many

Monday 1st Sep Today I managed to walk just over 11km straight from work, Weather was forecasted to be mild but nope it was hot hot hot but I didnt stop, Now for a well earned sit down and a cuppa tea I think, Then another walk tomorrow I think :-) Share

1st training walk b4 September starts

Saturday 9th Aug 27degrees heat and I decided to go for a little walk to get the leg muscles ready for the main event coming their way in September 1st recorded walk almost 10k, as u can see no sense of direction but thts adhd for you lol I just arsed walking pressed record on the app and away I went haha Enjoyed every second of it now time to chill and wait for the pai to start later I guess haha Share

Not setting a target cause the main target is a CURE

Tuesday 22nd Jul So not personally going to set a target other than to complete my registration process, So setting a very low donation bar because any donation is a donation towards saving another life and hopefully 1 day, we can all start to start off any conversation regarding Cancer with 'remember bk in the day went we was kids, there was a disease called Cancer, So glad i seen Caz's post and donated as I help find a cure for it, Share
