Sunday 11th Jan A very wet, windy and tough one today, but with a goal in place it’s more motivating :-).

Saturday 10th Jan Did a little more over a mile to make up for day 8 and then family walk Share

Wednesday 7th Jan I had a very busy day at work so didn’t get out at lunchtime. Once I was home I debating not doing today at all and doing 2 miles tomorrow, but a special friend was at the Marsden today and Ant encouraged to do the mile today- I’m glad I did 😊
Day 6
Tuesday 6th Jan Another freezing one, but I think it made me jog a little faster. Silver lining was I achieved a personal best!

Monday 5th Jan Today I went for a jog on my lunch break. It was a beautiful crisp day for it! Share

Sunday 4th Jan Today’s jog was in Richmond Park. I had no planned route so went with the flow. It was very icy in parts and I definitely frightened myself going a little too close to some deer/stags.

Saturday 3rd Jan Different day, different route and this time solo.
