Meet Jeanette

Saturday 15th Aug
This is Jeanette, Toni's friend, who is currently receiving treatment at the Royal Marsden. She is an incredible source of strength for all of us. Jeanette was recently diagnosed with cancer, and unfortunately, her prognosis is not good. Over the past few weeks, she has undergone radiotherapy and has now started chemotherapy.

Jeanette's mindset is one of acceptance; she acknowledges her situation and believes that it doesn't have to change her spirit. She continues to look after her family and friends, as well as the sweet old lady who is sharing a room with her, taking time to care for her, too.

I am walking 26 miles to support Jeanette and many others, while also remembering my father-in-law, Frank. Please support me, no matter how small the contribution.
