Week 1 Complete

Monday 8th Sep
So Week one is complete, the 5.15am get ups are early, but it is worth it to get the walking done before work. 
So far I've walked 20km, so it would seem that I am on track to smash the 50km target...let's hope so.

Tuesday 2nd Sep
I have started the challenge and have completed 2 early morning walks so far. Attached are the stats for today's walk. 
So far I have walked 7 km - smashing that goal. 


Why am I doing this?

Wednesday 13th Aug
As my friends and family know my dad died last year after a battle with prostate cancer that then decided to spread. 
The Royal Marsden helped prolong dad’s life. 
I decided that this was a challenge I could achieve to honour his memory and give a little back to this wonderful charity.
