A couple of rest days
Monday 19th Jan Had to rest the injury as too painful good that I’d already completed the target before the real flare up. Share

Thursday 8th Jan Slipping on ice has given me a slight pull so am using the treadmill for a couple of days and have been to physio today. Fingers crossed Share
