Saturday 27th Sep What a month this has been… I’ve seen the Red Roses play in Sunderland, Brighton, Bristol and Twickenham - and now they are world champions.

Saturday 20th Sep …and walking to the stadiums is helping bring the total towards 50 quite nicely - another 8km done this weekend at Bristol. Share

Day 7
Sunday 7th Sep A couple of trips to Brighton (rugby) have really helped to build the kilometres up - extra steps yesterday due to the carnival in Uckfield making the bus do a detour…

Monday 1st Sep Always knew today would be a bit tricky to get the steps in - driving 200 miles back from Exeter does not give much opportunity - but parking at the far end of the car park at the motorway services helped get a few in. Not impressed when I got out of the car though, and the heavens opened… Share
