I'm taking part in The Big Marsden Trek
On 13th September, I’ll be taking on a 26.2-mile Marathon Walk to raise money for The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.
As many of you know, I received my cancer treatment at The Royal Marsden. During one of the most challenging periods of my life, the care, expertise, and kindness I received from the incredible team there made all the difference. I will always be grateful for the support they gave me and my family.
Taking on this 26.2-mile challenge is my way of giving something back and helping to ensure that others facing cancer can benefit from the same outstanding treatment, care, and groundbreaking research.
I know the miles will be tough, but they are nothing compared to the challenges faced by cancer patients every day. Every step I take will be in support of The Royal Marsden and the life-changing work they do.
