Great way to spend a Friday afternoon 

05/08: Evening walk to Headley Heath

Just under 3 hours and nearly 17k done...

30th July: Even on holiday - we train!

At new Wine, ‎⁨Shepton Mallet⁩. 
2h32 - just under 14k... It was hot!

19th July: our 5h30 walk!

Climb BoxHill and other hills... Made it to Coulsdon in 5h34 and over 30k done.

9th July: tackling a walk to Banstead wood

2h18 - nearly 14k 

2nd July: Evening walk to BoxHill

3 hours, with some big hills! Very pleased with our achievement! 

Church week-end away = another walk!

This time around ‎⁨Chilterns National Landscape⁩, ⁨Chesham⁩. We completed our training but not without injuries... 

12th June: Friday evening walk

Around Horton country park this time. Enjoyed the wildlife.
