Ar ol cael tynnu tiwmor o'r coluddyn ganol y llynedd ges i gynnig cwrs o chemo a cyfle i fod yn rhan o trial gan YG a'r Royal Marsden. Er na wnaeth effeithio ar y driniaeth ges i gan mod i yn y control group, mae'r ymchwil yn ddarn pwysig o waith alla wella a teilwra triniaeth chemo i bobl yn yr un sefyllfa a fi yn y dyfodol.
Mae hi wedi bod yn 6 mis anodd efo lot o fyny a lawr ac felly mae cymryd rhan yn y sialens yma yn ffordd i fi gymryd cam positif at wella, cryfhau ac adenill fy ffitrwydd.

After having a tumor removed from my colon last summer I was offered a course of chemo and a place on a trial between Ysbyty Gwynedd and the Royal Marsden. Even though my place in the trial did not affect my treatment as I was put in the control group, the research being done is crucial to improve and tailor chemotherapy treatment for people in the same situation as me in the future.
The last 6 months has been a rollercoaster ride, so taking part in this challenge as a way of taking a positive step in my recovery and regaining my strength and fitness.
